Personal Training

Currently, all of our Personal Training sessions can be conducted at parks and recreation areas close to you. The training will be tailored to your fitness goals and can include circuit training, body weight training, speed and agility training, boxing for fitness, flexibility, balance and co-ordination training and sports specific training. If you are training with us, then we will be able to provide planned exercise regimes for you to follow including workouts conducted in commercial or home gyms. Pre-screening is a necessary part of this service and is required to be completed before any training is commenced.
