We consider Boxing for Fitness sessions to be categorised as Sports Specific Training even if you aren't a boxer and is one of our favourite forms of training, as it can be intense but extremely enjoyable at the same time!
Although we are not experts in every sport, our trainers have been involved in a large number over the years and will be able to organise sessions that suit you! Andrew's specialties lie in Rugby League, Rugby Union, Track and Field, Triathlon and Volleyball. Kate has vast experience in Netball, Track and Field and Touch Football.
